DIVERSITY COUNCIL
The Diversity Council at AFG is made up of leading executives in each department and its purpose is to promote inclusion. The Council also plans quarterly multicultural-themed events, not only to promote inclusion, but also to give the staff an opportunity to get together in a more relaxed and fun environment.
MAIP
AFG participates in the AAAA’s MultiCultural Advertising Internship Program that helps students get real life experience working in various departments within an Advertising Agency. This also helps place talented students in various agencies once they have "graduated" from the program. The MAIP also supplies AFG with another source of talented indivuals to recruit from.
AAF – ADVERTISING FUTURES PROGRAM
AFG participates every year in the Futures Program sponsored by the American Advertising Federation. Each year participating agencies are paired with inner city high school students to develop campaigns and “compete” for top honors, as well as provide some real life experience working in an advertising agency.
